The Big Room (Half Day)
Service Description
The Big Room is our largest and most flexible meeting space: bright, comfortable, and professional without feeling too formal. Huge windows bring in plenty of natural light and can be opened for fresh air on beautiful days, making it a welcoming spot for team offsites, board meetings, workshops, and other small-group gatherings. A large whiteboard makes brainstorming easy, and your booking includes use of the adjacent Birch meeting room. A mobile media cart with a 55" TV is available upon request, and guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages in the Café. Comfortable seating for up to 12. Price: $200 for up to 4 hours. (Available: Monday - Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm) Looking for more time? Go back and select the Full Day option.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to book the Big Room or to book Good Company for an evening or Saturday event. If a reservation request is approved, the credit card provided by the guest will be charged the applicable fee upon approval. No refunds for no shows or late cancellations.
