Good Company is for anyone who wants a comfortable, professional place to work or meet. Our guests include small business owners, consultants, remote and hybrid professionals, freelancers, and teams looking for a welcoming place to come together.Whether you need a change of scenery for the day, a regular workspace, or a place to meet with clients, collaborate with colleagues, or gather your team, you’re in good company. Our meeting rooms are available to everyone, no membership required.If your employer offers a coworking or home-office stipend, let us know. We're happy to help you make the most of it.

Absolutely! Book a Day Pass whenever you need a change of scenery, or give yourself a little more time to settle in with our Two-Week Intro Membership. It's a great way to experience the space, meet some fellow coworkers, and see how Good Company fits into your workweek.There's no membership required to cowork at Good Company, and if you decide to become a member, there are no long-term contracts. Just a flexible workspace that works for you.

If you're not a member, please book your Day Pass or meeting room in advance so we know you're coming and can have everything ready for your visit.Meeting rooms can be reserved online, with no membership or Day Pass required.Monthly members can drop in for coworking without a reservation and receive their own door code for extended weekday access.

Good Company Workspace is located at 91 Main Street, Suite 205, in downtown Marlborough. We’re within easy walking distance of local coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown businesses.Parking: Free all-day parking is available in nearby city lots and garages. You'll also find free two-hour parking on Main Street and in the lot next to our building. See the parking map below for nearby options.Finding the entrance: Enter through the “Police Court” entrance at the front of the building, shown in the photo. Use the door on the left to take the stairs to the second floor. Good Company is in Suite 205, directly across from MEDC.Need the elevator? Enter the first floor through either the door on the right at the front or the rear entrance, then take the elevator to the second floor.

Meeting room bookings are available starting at 8 AM, Monday through Friday, while Day Pass coworking hours are 9 AM–5 PM.Monthly members enjoy extended weekday access starting at 7 AM and are welcome to stay beyond 5 PM, provided the space isn't reserved for an evening meeting or event.Most meeting rooms are also available for evening and Saturday bookings by advance reservation. Need a different coworking schedule? Just ask! We may be able to accommodate that, too.

Yes! Good Company offers comfortable, private meeting spaces for 1–12 people, from one-on-one conversations to team meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.Our Conference Room seats up to six and is a great fit for client meetings, interviews, and small team working sessions. Need more space? The Big Room accommodates groups of up to 12, while Birch and The Nest are ideal for smaller meetings and private calls.Rooms are available for short sessions, half days, or full days, with evening and Saturday options as well.Explore meeting spaces and pricing

Not at all! Anyone can book a meeting room at Good Company, whether it's for a one-time client meeting, a recurring team gathering, or an occasional change of scenery.Monthly members enjoy discounted meeting room rates, and Coworking Plus includes dedicated meeting room time each month.Members and Day Pass guests are also welcome to use available meeting rooms during the workday for calls or short conversations, at no additional charge. If you need guaranteed privacy for a specific time, we recommend reserving a room in advance.

Good Company has everything you need for a comfortable, productive workday or meeting, including fast Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, Bevi sparkling and flavored water, and a kitchenette.Meeting rooms include whiteboards, with a large screen available by request. Throughout the workspace, you'll find natural light, original artwork by local artists, live plants, and a welcoming atmosphere that's professional without feeling corporate.Coworking guests can also use loaner monitors, and members enjoy printing privileges.

Absolutely. Phone calls, Zoom or Teams meetings, and other online meetings are a normal part of the workday at Good Company. We simply ask everyone to “read the room” and be mindful of their volume and surroundings, moving to another spot when needed to be considerate of fellow guests.Day Pass guests and members are welcome to use an available small meeting room or the Café for brief or occasional calls and online meetings. If you need a private room for an extended call, multiple meetings, or dedicated meeting time, please reserve one in advance online.

Absolutely. Feel free to bring lunch, snacks, or your favorite takeout. The kitchenette includes a microwave and mini fridge, and there are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance in downtown Marlborough.

Yes! The Big Room accommodates up to 12 people and works well for workshops, team offsites, board meetings, planning sessions, and other small gatherings.For events that need a little more flexibility, exclusive use of the workspace may also be available, including evenings and Saturdays.Have something different in mind? Good Company is small on purpose and designed around shared workspace, with opportunities for connection alongside plenty of room to focus. We don’t offer traditional full-time private offices, but we do have options when you need more dedicated space.Private meeting rooms can be reserved by the hour or day, and a limited number of Semi-Private Office Memberships offer use of The Nest two consistent days per week, plus all the benefits of regular coworking membership.
